Relocation Services

Cyntek Group provides comprehensive relocation services that ensure your assets are received intact at their new destination – safely, reliability, and on time. Whether you need to move a single piece of equipment or your entire operation, our team of specialists will handle every aspect of the move.

• Decommissioning – Our staff are trained to safely shut down and dismantle equipment in preparation of the move. This includes hazardous waste removal, disassembly, and meticulous documentation and labelling.
• Organization & asset management – Prior to the move, we document all assets and provide our clients with an asset management database detailing the progression of each assets relocation.
• Staging – Cyntek’s team of millwrights have years of experience building custom skids and crates for protecting sensitive production equipment while in transit. Similar care is taken with small equipment and utensils.
• Logistics – Our project management team organizes all logistical aspects of the move, arranging the appropriate freight solution for transporting various equipment.
• Set-Up & Commissioning – Upon arrival at the new location, our team will unload all equipment and validate that the asset manifest is complete. If the equipment is required for production, Cyntek is capable of re-assembling and commissioning systems, in addition to ensuring the new site is prepared with the necessary infrastructure systems.
